The study of conditions and directions of spatial development of Wieliszew municipality is a study covering the area of the entire municipality, i.e. 10,609 ha. The dominant areas in the municipalities are forests, meadows, pastures and agricultural lands The municipality clearly develops more and better in the vicinity of border towns – Legionowo and Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The proximity of Warsaw also has a general impact on the municipality’s development.
