The Study of the conditions and directions of spatial development for Izabelin covers the area of the entire borough – 6,500 ha. Most of the borough area are forests and their buffer zone lying within the borders of the Kampinos National Park. The areas designated for development cover mostly lands of ongoing investments and set the direction for the development of mainly residential or residential and service buildings as well as service and production buildings. The purpose of the document was to determine the needs and development opportunities of the borough, to establish local spatial development rules that will be the basis for the preparation of local spatial development plans and to coordinate planning at the local level with ties to the regional and national planning.
