The Local spatial development plan for the Zapłocie estate covers an area located in the south-western part of the Wilanów District in Warsaw. The plan preserves the open areas located at the foot of the Warsaw Escarpment. The remaining part of the area was designated mostly to extensive residential development with a regular street grid.
