The Local spatial development plan for the Czyste – Kolejowa Street area covers a part of the Wola District in Warsaw. The main purpose of the plan was to determine the permissible parameters for new housing development (especially, when planned in post-industrial areas), and to determine the layout of streets significant for the new investments. Arrangements of the plan are supposed to bring order to the existing housing development, Wolski Hospital facilities and educational facilities. Other important provisions include the protection of objects of historic value, among others by designating heritage conservation zones and shaping public spaces, including designating the area for preservation of A. Pawełek Square.
