Change of the local plan of the general spatial development of Zawady and Kępa Zawadowska

The Change of the local general spatial development plan for Zawady and Kępa Zawadowska covers the area located in the eastern part of the Wilanów District in Warsaw. The area of the study is diversified in terms of functionality and space, however, the dominant function is single-family housing and services, typical for suburban housing estates. The plan includes a reserve land for the currently completed Southern Bypass of Warsaw. In the south-eastern part of the plan, on the site of the combustion waste landfill of Siekierki Heat and Power Plant, a sports and recreation area was designated, which will ultimately be developed in accordance with the intended purpose after the landfill is rehabilitated.
