The Study of the conditions and directions of spatial development for the city of Zielonka covers the whole area of the borough – 7,950 ha. The development zones of the city are located in the urbanized area in the western part of the borough, near Via Baltica expressway, and include residential areas, both multi-family and single-family, as well as service and industrial development areas. Most of the areas that the Study covers are forests. The Study indicates various types of areas with an ecological function, as well as the local nature passage.
