The Local spatial development plan for the area of ​​3 Maja [3^rd of May] Street covers the area located in the central part of the city of Siedlce. The dominant functions in this area are multi-family housing or multi-family housing and services. There are also designated areas for various types of culture and park greenery services as well as three park greenery areas. In the southern part of the study area, a production services zone and a services, public garages and railway infrastructure zone were designated.
