The Local spatial development plan for the Zygmuntówka area covers the area located in the eastern part of the Rembertów District in Warsaw. The area covered by the plan consists of compact single-family housing blocks. In addition, the plan includes areas for services with the accompanying residential function and areas for extensive single-family housing development on forest plots. In the north, the area of ​​public transport devices and a bus terminus were designated.
