The project of the Local spatial development plan for the eastern area of ​​the Warszawa Praga railway station tackles very diverse issues. There are many historical elements in the plan area – pre-war industrial buildings, a historic roundhouse and a former bus depot. The design of the plan showed multi-variant solutions for this space, transforming scattered industrial areas into a compact urban tissue, based on service and residential and service development, as well as on innovative transport solutions (the new route of the Krasiński Bridge).
