The Local spatial development plan for a part of the city of Pruszków – the Bolesława Prusa estate covers the area located in the southern part of the city of Pruszków. In the eastern part of the plan, there is a vast area of ​​arranged greenery. The remaining part of the area consists mainly of multi-family housing development areas and a small share of single-family housing and service areas. The final part of the concept is a public square.
