The Local spatial development plan for parts of the Stare Faszczyce and Błonie Wieś – Bieniewicka villages covers the area located in the central part of the Błonie Borough, west of the Błonie railway station. There are industrial and service areas within the boundaries of the plan. In the eastern part of the plan, service areas, production facilities and warehouses marked for investments were designated. In the western part, service areas or single-family housing and service areas, as well as the area of ​​electric power infrastructure were designated.
