BPRW S.A. developed the Change of the Study of the conditions and directions of spatial development for the Sobienie Jeziory Borough which covers the part of the area which consists of ​​the villages of Sobienie Biskupie, Sobienie Szlacheckie and Sobienie Kiełczewskie Drugie. Areas with a predominance of farm and single-family buildings were marked out along the roads. In addition, agricultural land complexes and areas for sports and recreation services, as well as air transport, were designated. The existing forests were designated for preservation.
