The Change of the local general spatial development plan for Zawady and Kępa Zawadowska covers the area of ​​the East Zaściankowa estate, a region located in the eastern part of the Wilanów District in Warsaw. The plan includes a functional communication system which brings order to the spatial layout of the residential and service quarters. Some of the open agricultural lands were preserved.
