A new local spatial development plan for Warsaw adopted!

On 14 October 21, Warsaw City Council held a session, during which the local spatial development plan for Nowy Rembertów [New Rembertów], developed by our Office, was adopted. The plan covers a part of Rembertów District with an area of 86,5 ha. The area consists of spatial units of clear purpose: service facilities, mixed residential and service development, single-family housing and multi-family housing.
