The Local spatial development plan for the Zacisze-Elsnerów estate covers a region located in the central-eastern part of the Targówek District. Most of the areas covered by the study were allocated to the single-family housing development. On the north-eastern side, the plan arrangements made it possible to implement an economic activity zone, and the increased concentration of services was also indicated along Radymińska Street. The highly urbanized space is balanced by vast areas of allotment gardens and public greenery.
