The Local spatial development plan for the city of Zielonka covers the urban area located in the western part of the borough. The city center was excluded from the study area. The goal of the plan is primarily to bring order to and sanction the existing state. A significant part of the area has been designated for single-family housing development. However, these lands have already mostly been invested in. In addition, the plan brings order to the transport system and assumes protection of valuable natural areas (within the boundaries of the plan, at the border with the Ząbki Borough, there is a large forest complex).
