The Development concept for the ​​Malborska and Głębocka Streets area covers the region located in the north-eastern part of the Targówek District in Warsaw. The concept determines the designated use of lands, indicates the elements of building development and land use, communication elements and technical and natural infrastructure. The concept assumes that the northern part of the region will be allocated mostly to commercial facilities with a sales area of ​​more than 2,000 m². In this part of the region, the areas of hydrographic facilities and devices (water reservoirs) were also designated. In the southern part of the region, an area for multi-family housing with the admission of services and two areas for multi-family housing and/or services were marked out. Moreover, in the southern part of the region, the area of ​​public education services was designated.
