The Local spatial development plan for the ​​Biskupa Świrskiego [Bishop Świrski] Street area covers the area located in the central part of the city of Siedlce. This area consists of the existing downtown buildings. The plan is dominated by multi-family housing and service development, as well as service areas with a specific profile. In addition, service areas with park greenery, public park greenery as well as parking areas were designated.
