PROJECTS OF COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Infrastructural conditions for spatial development of Warsaw
The study covers the area of the city of Warsaw within its administrative boundaries. Analyzes performed as part of the study concern individual subsystems of the technical infrastructure and take into account industry materials and planning documents that were up-to-date at the time of their preparation. The study indicates the basic devices necessary for the implementation of the network as well as devices that determine the spatial development of Warsaw, in particular water supply lines, the “Południe” [“South”] municipal sewage treatment plant, heating mains, first-degree reduction and measurement stations and sections of high-voltage lines. The city-wide development conditions refer also to individual investment areas (city development areas), for which their spatial extent was determined, as well as the absorption capacity for their target development and the rules of staging investments.
