The concept is a part of the Marsa-Żołnierska Streets modernization project, covering the section from Mars Junction to the Warsaw city border. This concept is a last stage of closing the circle route of so called Phased Warsaw Bypass – one of the essential road investments in the capital, designed to enhance the inefficient transportation system of Warsaw and reduce the traffic in the city centre. The concept presents route project with the parameters of the main expressway, taking into account technical and planning conditions as well as the existing land development. The designated demarcation lines ensure the field needs for the presented road solutions and the existing and projected engineering infrastructure, including the designed storage reservoirs. Multi-level junctions are planned at all crossroads which are crossing the route.
