Functional and spatial assumptions for the area limited by Wołoska – Woronicza – Samochodowa – Domaniewska Streets study covers the area located in the western part of the Mokotów District in Warsaw. Fundamental issues of this area are degraded and undeveloped post-industrial lands, and the basic goal of the concept was to bring out the potential of this place and show potential investors a wide range of investment opportunities.
