The Study of the conditions and directions of spatial development for Nadarzyn covers the whole area of the borough within its administrative boundaries – 7,350 ha. The purpose of this document is to organize the land use of individual areas and to allow for the location of new buildings in the remaining area, in particular with a service, production and warehouse functions (mainly along the S8 expressway), with a service function located in designated centers (borough center, support area centers and town centers) and residential function (mainly single-family). In addition, the study designates the protected areas with natural and landscape values, including forest complexes, valleys of watercourses and other open areas.
