The Local spatial development plan for the Wesoła – Groszówka Północ area covers the region located in the northern part of the Wesoła District in Warsaw. The area is a single-family housing estate with pre-war division in the form of regular city blocks. The roads run parallel to the railway line in the northern part of the study. The Plan differentiates the following areas: single-family intensive and extensive housing development, mansions and single-family housing development on plots with forest land. Areas for single-family housing development with the admission of services and areas for single-family housing and services development were also designated. Areas shaping the local center, including public services development and the city square, are located in the central part of the plan.
