The local spatial development plan for the Błonie municipality for a part of the area of Piorunów – Poznańska Północ villages covers the area located in the central part of the Błonie municipality. In the south of the plan, the main road of accelerated traffic was delimited. Most of the area was intended for service development, production, storage and warehouse facilities. Part of it was intended for single-family residential development and service areas or service development areas.
