The study was carried out as a part of the Study of the conditions and directions of spatial development for the city of Pruszków. Its scope includes systems of electric power, heat, gas, water supply and sewage disposal infrastructures. The existing networks, together with their elements and objects, as well as the proposed and planned infrastructure elements were presented. In addition to the network systems, elements and facilities such as a heat and power plant, reduction and measurement stations, power supply stations and groundwater intakes were also indicated. As a result of the analyzes carried out, it was established that a beneficial effect on the environment may be achieved in particular by activities related to the development and modernization of municipal infrastructure – especially sewage and transport infrastructures. The expansion of the sewage infrastructure system, including the construction of new water treatment plants (for rainwater) and rainwater tanks, is aimed at providing service in the areas intended for development and on areas of ongoing investments and with unresolved infrastructure problems. This will have a direct impact on the quality of water, and indirectly also on the quality of soils and vegetation.
