The Local spatial development plan for the ​​Kolonia Borków Zagóźdź area covers the region located in the south-western part of the Wawer District in Warsaw. This area is mostly intended for single-family housing development in the form of a housing estate, characteristic of this district. The non-urbanized areas along the western border of the plan were designated for the development of unobtrusive services, without defining their profile, with admission of accompanying residential development. The southern part of the plan is an extensive single-family housing development on forest plots.
