The Local spatial development plan for a part of the Chrosla Village in the Dębe Wielkie borough covers the area located in the eastern part of this borough. Single-family housing development dominates within the plan. Due to the nuisance related to car traffic, service and production areas with the admission of single-family housing were designated along the fast traffic trunk road. In the eastern part of the plan, the areas subject to protection under separate provisions – forest areas – were indicated. The spatial structure was supplemented with areas intended for services, including public services.
