The local spatial development plan covering the Sobienie Biskupie, Sobienie Szlacheckie, Sobienie Kiełczewskie Drugie villages area covers the region located in the east-central part of the Sobienie-Jeziory borough. The eastern part of the study consists of extensive recreational areas, on which the well-known hotel complex Sobienie Królewskie with a golf course was built, and the registered Sobienie Szlacheckie landing field. The remaining areas to the west, towards the Vistula river, mainly include farmland and single-family housing development, located along the main roads. Service areas were also designated.
