URBAN AREA PLAN
Local spatial development plan for Głębocka and Malborska Streets
The Local spatial development plan for the Malborska and Głębocka Streets area covers the region located in the north-eastern part of the Targówek District in Warsaw. The main goal of the plan was to determine the development parameters, including possible expansion, for large-scale facilities of the Targówek shopping center. In the southern part of the area, the construction of residential and service buildings supported by a newly designed local road was established. In order to maintain proper standards of resident services, the area of public education services was also designated. Supplementing the offer of the area are greenery zones connected with the waters of the Bródno Canal. Due to the current hydrographic conditions, an important element of the plan is to secure the land for the location of water reservoirs.
