The Local spatial development plan for West Wilanów is the first stage of strategic study for the District Center. A high-quality urban space with a completely new street network was designed in the Pola Wilanowskie area, and now, after more than 20 years, it’s successfully developed. To protect and shape the landscape, a number of arrangements were made in the local plan to preserve the viewing corridors running from King John the Third’s Palace in Wilanów.
