The Local spatial development plan for the Kuligów area covers the area located in the western part of the Wawer District in Warsaw, in the vicinity of Wał Miedzeszyński. The study outlines the course of the planned trunk road, the so-called Trasa Na Zaporze [On The Dam Bridge Route]. The plan indicates areas with different functions. Service areas as well as residential and service areas were marked out along the existing and planned roads. The remaining space is intended mainly for single-family housing development and arranged green areas. The allotment gardens were preserved in the southern part.
