The Local spatial development plan for the West Wilanów area – part II is a continuation of the spatial policy of the District Center area. The plan outlines new residential areas of less intensity and more residential character, additionally reinforced with extensive green areas. The document guarantees the protection of naturally valuable areas (including the Ursynów Escarpment in the western part of the study) by designating a special protection zone for the natural system.
