PLANS FOR SUBURBAN AND RURAL AREAS

Local spatial development plan for the Uprawna Street area – Part I

The Local spatial development plan for the area on the west side of Przyczółkowa Street in the vicinity of Uprawna Street – Part I covers a small area located in the central part of the Wilanów District in Warsaw. The area covered by the plan is located between the so-called Miasteczko Wilanów [Small Town Wilanów] and the Southern Bypass of Warsaw. It is an attractive investment area. In reference to the existing buildings, the plan has a clear layout of city blocks, emphasized by tree plantings. The lands along Przyczółkowa Street were designated for services, and the areas exposed to less acoustic nuisance were designated for multi-family housing development. In addition, the plan specifies the location of two spatial landmarks, and in the north-eastern part of the study, a pedestrian-only zone was designed, which requires special flooring. The block in the southern part of the study is dedicated to educational services. Particular blocks of buildings, apart from road connections, are connected by designated green zones.
