The Local spatial development plan for the ​​Marymont I urban area – part I covers the region located in the eastern part of the Bielany District, in the vicinity of Żoliborz District. The main assumption of the plan was to bring order to various types of development and the trasportation system as well as to systematize the parameters and indicators of spatial development. In the central part of the plan area, park greenery zones have been marked out, surrounded by an area intended for the development of multi-family housing with services.
