The Local spatial development plan for a part of the Dębe Wielkie Village, in the Dębe Wielkie Borough, covers the area located in the western part of the borough. The plan is dominated by areas intended for single-family housing development. In addition, the spatial structure was supplemented with service areas, including public services. There is a closed railway area in the central part of the plan and the production and technical development areas are located along it. In addition, there are agricultural areas to be preserved as well as various areas related to the protection of greenery.
